Coach Rick Pearson retired after 22 years in the U.S. Coast Guard. His last tour of duty stationed him in San Diego California.  During his 22 yrs of service he has saved over 1500 lives and millions of dollars in property documented through the Coast Guard. He then ventured off to begin a networking business in Southern California and became a huge success and in 2008 he started his second retirement as a FastPitch Coach and moved to Macon Georgia.

Coach Rick has always been involved with Fastpitch since 1993 when his daughters began playing the game. “I lived 2 blocks from where Team USA held their practices at Murphy Park in Imperial Beach Calif.  There was no fence blocking the local kids from being right there with the players. It was pretty awesome finding your kids playing catch with Lisa Fernandez or Crystal Bustos. Or when Team USA was practicing, you knew you’d find your kid’s noses sticking through the fence at Murphy Park watching them practice.” It was the ultimate experience to watch and learn.

My Quote: “You’re the best, nobody better!”

He has coached at the Varsity level for 7yrs and coached or assistant coached with several travel teams from 14u to 18u. He has been to 3 Nationals and one of his teams has twice played international tournaments with Japan. He has coached alongside some very good D1 coaches in Southern California where he gained all of his experience from.  In 1996 his younger daughter was interested in pitching and his pitching career has exploded since then.  Coach Rick’s goal comes from the success the players have once they have accomplished the pitch with great success, or when they come back from a game and speak of the no hitter they had.

“Quote” you will learn the proper mechanics and I will push you to your limits. I will also expect you to practice on a daily basis either throwing or just snapping the ball while you eat breakfast.

Coach Rick knows the importance of proper throwing mechanics and how muscle memory plays a big factor in your throwing.  He also feels every player should have the opportunity to throw the heat very quickly in their pitching career.  He also feels the lessons should be explosive, proactive and just dynamite hot.

If your ready to learn the “art” of pitching the heat against the wall of resistance. Give him a call today and lets Rock!!!!

Give me a call, you pay for no overhead on the fields, my method of instruction offers instant results, no falling forward, no tired arms, nothing but smiles and success.
